This development is an integrated Hotel and Residences Resort comprised of two contemporary-designed towers with 410 residential apartments and a luxurious boutique shopping and commercial space.

The entire Hotel and Residences will offer international hotel facilities and services to both permanent residential apartments and hotel suites. The apartments are Freehold Multi-use Strata Titled and as such can be lived in permanently, managed by the hotel as a luxury suite or rented to a tenant on a permanent basis.

This is the first international quality hotel to be built in the centre of Surfers Paradise and the first complex of this style in Surfers Paradise, combining residential apartments and hotel services. The Hotel will cater to the tourist market and the strong convention / corporate market.


You will be located in the ever-changing and dynamic Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast is in the centre of Australia’s fastest growing region, current population 529,000.

It is Australia’s 6th largest city, and is home to world-class beaches, cosmopolitan lifestyles and endless recreational activities.

Gold Coast City and Brisbane have been identified as being among the most desirable places in the world to live ranked on political, social, economic and environmental factors, personal safety and health.

Located in Southeast Queensland, roughly 70 kilometres from the state capital Brisbane, Gold Coast is a network hub.

The city is serviced by two international airports: Gold Coast City Airport and Brisbane Airport. Gold Coast Seaway provides safe ocean access. There are roughly 250 kilometres of boating waterways.

Water temperature ranges from 19 to 27 deg C. Tourist numbers will likely increase with recent extensions to the Gold Coast City Airport. And, new flights are now planned direct to the Coast from Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, China, Hong Kong, the Gulf States and North America.

Aside from Tourism the Gold Coast has a diverse economy incorporating industries including health and medical, marine, ICT, sports, film and creative, environment, food and a strong education industry based around four universities.

The entire development will showcase serene landscaped gardens and water features. Both towers are oriented to maximize views of the ocean, city and hinterland.
